When you order

You are ordering a 100% custom, one-of-a-kind song made just for you. We need your story, names, occasion details, and musical preferences. Payment is due in full before production begins. You agree to these policies the moment you place your order.

Your song & your rights

We write it, produce it, and own the copyright. You get a personal-use license. You can play it at your event, share it with family, and post it on social media for personal use. You cannot sell it, use it in ads, monetize it on YouTube/Spotify, mint it as an NFT, or use it commercially without a separate license from us.

Delivery

Standard: 7–10 business days. Express: 3–5 business days (add $129). Delivered as MP3 + WAV files to your email inbox. Once you download your files, the order is considered accepted and complete.

Revisions

You get 1 free revision within 7 days of delivery. Revisions are tweaks to lyrics, tempo, or mood, not a brand-new song or genre change. Extra revisions: $75 each.

Refunds

Cancel within 24 hours AND before we start: full refund. Cancel after we’ve started: 50% refund at our discretion. After you receive or download your song files: no refunds, because it was made just for you. EU/UK customers: you waive your 14-day cooling-off right when production begins (confirmed at checkout).

Your privacy

We collect only what we need to make your song and run our business. We never sell your personal data. Ever. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Just email us at [email protected].
